ArthroZyme Review

ArthroZyme is an enzyme-based joint supplement that continues to gain popularity as a natural remedy for joint relief.

Anyone who regularly engages in vigorous exercise such as running or weightlifting has accepted joint impact and injury as par for the course. This is what makes ArthroZyme an enticing product.

Anything that can effectively eliminate joint pain is going to fly off store shelves. I decided to delve further into ArthroZyme to find out if it really does work.

Simple Formula

ArthroZyme features just one ingredient, a proteolytic enzyme called Serratiopeptidase. This fights joint pain and inflammation by breaking up and reducing the building up of fibrin, a fibrous insoluble protein. Fibrin is involved in the formation of scar tissue and plays an important role in blood clotting.

When too much fibrin accumulates it limits tissue growth and joint range of motion. Breaking it up allows the body’s natural inflammation response to take over, providing pain relief and reducing stiffness.

Does It Work?

There is some debate as to how effective serratiopeptidase and its derivatives are in terms of reducing inflammation and soothing joints. Many have pointed out that there is a lack of clinical trials and effectiveness cannot be determined. There are however, many controlled studies on both human and animals that are very promising.

One placebo-controlled study involved 193 subjects suffering from acute chronic ear, nose or throat disorders. The experiment treated participants with serratia peptidase for 7-8 days. Those receiving the serratia peptidase experienced a more marked reduction in inflammation and other symptoms than those on the placebo.[1]

What this means is it is too early to say with 100% certainty that ArthroZyme will work for everybody. However, with the handful of positive studies that have been conducted it appears that ArthroZyme may be effective for people who suffer from inflammation and other joint problems.

How Should You Take Arthrozyme?

Take up to 3 pills daily on an empty stomach with a glass of water. The directions don’t indicate whether or not you can take all 3 at once, or spread the 3 out over the course of the day. Each serving of ArthroZyme provides 10mg of serratiopeptidase.

Side Effects

The most common side effects of serratiopeptidase are allergic reactions and minor aches and pains. Any aches and pains, however, typically subside after about a week. One study indicates that a rare cause of pneumonitis was discovered in a 69 year old man caused by serrapeptase.[2]

How Much Does ArthroZyme Cost?

ArthroZyme can be purchased on the nutria-health website for $39.95. This is a reasonable price as each bottle provides a full 1-month supply. You can save even more by purchasing 3 or more bottles. This gives you a 15% discount and free shipping.

ArthroZyme Availability

ArthroZyme is available on their official website and Amazon.com. If you were hoping to buy this in person it looks like you are out of luck. It seems online is the only option as there is no store locator on the website.

Final Thoughts

ArthroZyme is still in its infancy in terms of what has been uncovered about its joint supporting properties. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme containing many promising benefits in the fight against joint pain and discomfort. It is worth giving ArthroZyme a try if you suffer from chronic joint pain, and are looking for a natural way to alleviate it.

My Dad hasn’t used the product yet. He is considering ordering. He is on a blood thinner Eliquis. Are there any known side effects using a blood thinner and Arthrozyme? Please respond. Thanks.

Arthrozyme plain better than plus: suspect bromelain destroyed cartilage. Serratopeptidase definitely relieved pain. DON’T KNOW ABOUT REACTIONS W/other meds.
